Buying 550k Lime Green tokens from The Proving grounds

Wanting to buy 550k Lime Green Tokens from The Proving grounds.

Message me if you would like to agree on a price before you start collecting. I would be willing to pay more than the price of sweat for these so this could suit someone wanting a change from sweating.

Perhaps this will get some activity going in the proving grounds...

Considering how many of them are dropping every day I would say come back after a year. 550k won't drop any sooner

 

It's my understanding you get these tokens for shooting someone in The Prooving grounds. So a case of how fast you can shoot maybe

The tokens that you get from picking up from floor are probably just bonus tokens. I doubt dev's made prooving grounds just to pick up tokens from floor, they want you to shoot

 

There is no one left to shoot at and also it costs just too much to earn tokens that way. You would end up paying like 8-15PEC/token that way. The cheapest you could get is around ~0.5PEC/token if you hire someone who will be a target as entrance healing still doesn't work in Proving Grounds which gives you a chance to one hit/kill targets. But 137.5k kills is A LOT and would cost you around 700PED not counting 687.5k Sweat you need to enter that many times.

 

So you need a team of two people minimum each shooting each other and perhaps trade tokens to one at the end.

What would be the total cost of collecting 550k tokens using this method?

 

I went there 2 days in a row in different times. I gathered 485 tokens in 2 days and thats too low. I used sweat only once cause I didnt get killed. After you get like 50-60 tokens from all 3 locations they wont drop for hours. Also I dont like the ideea that I need to unequip my clothes everytime I get in The Proving Grounds. That cost me 10 pecs everytime. But if this is the drop rate (it might drop more if PVP action is happening in there, not sure), I wont even bother gathering those 550k tokens.

 

Ok I'll spell it out as simply as I can.

Say it cost you X amount of peds in total for collecting 550k tokens by killing people.

I will pay you more than this X amount as long as we are in agreement on exactly how much extra and the X amount.

Hence it makes it worthwhile for someone collecting these, for me, sweaters on Cyrene and developers.

So everyone is happy. I get my 550k tokens you get paid extra for collecting these, sweaters have someone buying their sweat and developers see something positive from their work and hence maybe encouraged to develop more...

So what's the problem?

 

the problem is it takes to much time to gather them, and even you find/get people in there and kill them it still gonna take 1 year, lol.

You get me the required number of people in there such that I can get 550k tokens in one visit. I'll go there and shoot the lot of'em (provided they are all unarmed hehe) and save you for last (sorry that icon not really appropriate but i like it too much)

 

I'm sorry to say but there is just not enough space for 137.5k players in there. Imagine the view Not to mention that the total active player base in whole EU is probably around that number (maybe even less, who knows).

 

Exactly so you got to go with option 1 just need someone willing to work and make some peds surely that's not impossible

Good idea although it only lasts a week it may work if I place an order for some each week. Perhaps multiple people can fulfill the order in small amounts

Unfortunately I left for Caly this morning. So could someone check if an order for lime green tokens can be placed? you don't need to place the an order just check if it's possible...

 

they can be auctioned but i dont see an order option for them. looked under lime and reward.

unless i missed it i think that all the color tokens need an order option on ah.

 

Unfortunately I don't think it's possible to place an auction order on them because they don't seem to appear under orders. Unless I got name wrong or checked under wronf heading...

 

This thread shows 2 things.

First that George and me always disagree about what stuff in game has value and which has not (or put less nicely, he likes to buy useless stuff).

Second that the price of the coat is too high, if the estimate is that it takes 1 year for several people in the hub to afford 1 coat it's too unbalanced. Maybe if the cost was dropped to 55k tokens instead?

 

not for 55k (I dont think MA will want it), but for 100k tokens I would want to spend my time (and will be alot of time) in the hub.

P.S. And I want it for me, not to sell the coat.

Considering all factors 550k tokens i think is actually pretty cheap and generous by dev's.

Ok let me try another approach. At what price will you sell your lime green tokens at? Anyone?

 

You can have mine at 6 ped per k. That would mean 3.300 peds for a full coat if others sell at the same price as me, or if you want to wait a few years till i have enough

(You did check auction lately on the prices of coats right? I really hate it when i see you wasting peds on silly stuff, you know that )

Bring on the tokens! Kinda funny though shoot yourselves all day long and make some profit while doing it
