Hello all and Cyrene dev team.

Can we have a restock on the weapons from the Cyrene mission token trader please ?
Trying to get a weapon for few days now and there are none available.

    Thanks in advance!

Do you mean that decay info on Entropedia is not correct and 2.H.T.S. Scorpion (L) at 1700% does not have lovely 2.694 dpp? (well, 2.821 with an A103, but still not that good) Or is there something else I'm missing? :eyes:

I think they haven't been available for two months at least, do they get restocked automatically every x days/weeks or does it get set with a PP-update?

(not whining, just curious to figure out how it works, should i re-check daily or just wait till a new version comes along).

This is why they should limit the amount of guns you can buy per account and increase the stock limit. Also I'm not sure if the cyrene mission token are tradeable but if they are they should disable that. That way one can't buy the tokens and "clean house".

People would still be able to sell the weapons from cyrene mission tokens etc. Just won't be able to buy the tokens so they would have to earn them and that would make it fair for all.

i saw a HTS scorpion on the AH a couple of weeks ago, at like 2400%. i'm not ingame atm so i can't check, but isn't 150 tokens 1.50ped and the gun 15ped? therefore 170% and a dmg/pec 2.864 unamped (if the decay is correct)

    lets make things easier to count: 150 tokens = 1,5ped tt ; if @ 2000% MU = 30ped
most of the dmg cost comes from the ammo burn (decay here is 0.41% of the total cost), so the MU of the gun itself has a little imapact on the overall eco

Sub-Zero, making the cyrene mission tokens untradeable wont be fair to those of us who work hard grinding them each day to sell them.

What is the difference of selling it if u can just buy the gun and sell it instead?
The main difference is that you earned the tokens thus u can choose to use the gun'/s or sell them. Instead of a rich dude buying a lot of tokens and then cleaning house.

Just imagine if caly daily tokens were tradeable. How much chaos it would cause so many guns on the market etc. It could happen to cyrene as well, if it gets bigger.

A daily mission for tokens should be earned otherwise there's no point in calling it a daily.

It would then take one about three years to gather tokens for an Ozpyn Beetle armor set, so no, I don't see this happening.

The difference is that the token market is local, while selling the weapons will require to travel, making it less profitable. Specially for new players.

I do agree that something should be done to prevent one player to empty the trader stock tough. Perhaps using a cooldown period to all token traders, just like the boffins have (maybe not as long tough), while reducing the amount of items you can purchase each time to just one would give all of us the chance to get weapons from the trader.

    Hey guys,

I will talk to MA about this, right now everything it set up based on criteria that we've got from them, but I do feel that the stock could be more plentiful.

I'll be watching this thread for all the feedback!

    Cheers,
    Kris

why the decay here is 0.41% of the total cost here?

according to the entropedia, the ammo burn is 723, and the decay is 0,003pec.
so 3 / 726 = 0,0041322314049587 ; * 100 (to get the %) gives us the number that is the percent of decay in overall cost in this gun. if even the of the gun MU is 4000%, then it will be jus the 14% of total cost of the gun shot.

many guns got the decay like 2pec, and ammo burn of 1400, then the gun MU impact on the cost is much stronger:
    for example 130% MU gives [ (2000*130%)/(2600+1400)=95% ]

yup, im just trying to confuse u :)

And the award for understatement of the year goes to..... :)
Seriously though, the guns aren't that good, there really should be a near unlimited amount of them in the vendors.

Maybe we all should submit support tickets regarding the out of stock vendors? This for sure will bring MA's attention on this topic. :)

problem is the cyrene team is charged for each support case, so it would end up hurting the C team

Well it's up to the Cyrene team to fill it really. NI has ran into the same issue long time ago. It's up to the PP to keep new players coming so in the end they have to pay for these items. So we have a slow order or well :)
