Help,, i've fallen and I can't get up.

    I dont know if you can help with this or not.

    I got dc'd this morning. When i try to log back in I get the message that I am already logged in.

    I have tried waiting 1 minute, 10 minutes, 30 minutes and 1 hour even. And no change.. The system still says I am already logged in.

    I submitted a case to EU support, but who knows how long that will take. Any chance you know a quicker solution?
