Creatures on Cyrene indeed attack a lot but on the other hand they do a lot less damage than similar level creatures on other planets. For example, Daikiba or Shinkiba Young on Calypso is also 30HP (the same as Scout Bot XT), I think they even have the same level, but still Daikiba does less...

Hawk v1 (L) and Enkidd Dismalites (L) uses Low Grade Motion Sensors but blueprints are L and so rare, that no one can craft them enough to make any noticable demand for this material.
