From the description the TT Spy-Blade should give the attacker speed buff. It might be that it just gives the buff to the target not the owner :) I think that the safe bubble is platform related since MA introduced it to protect player after log in, teleport or revive. Don't know if Cyrene...

Armor mission is not enabled so no one can get achievement for completing all Special Missions at the moment.

Updated and improved. Now you can also see material images. It should be easier to search for particular material in the game when you know how it looks like. Default search by Ctrl+F also works. Material Combinations
