If you refer to the kill 100 Zyn mission it is working. NPC is chief Koban rewarding you 40 cyrene mission tokens. You need to approach the pyramid to activate the counter. If you refer to the Zyn vendors, those are not working since zyn tokens were suspended. I don't think BP vendor ever worked?

Bad news is Vlad is only one each ~5 minutes. Maybe a whole Vlad spawn will scare the campers. I would also love to have a Vlad pet :D

It truly appears to be value related. Tanhok amber which is 5 ped tt has 5 drops in Feb. In loot 1.0 Tanhok amber was as rare as the other stuff. Now we can see improved drop rate (2-3 per year up to 5-6 monthly). PP announced that all such drop rates should be improved, but it seems to only...

Just make all such parts repairable, and let it drop in lower values. This wont affect the missions and current rare parts owners.

The place is a copy-paste from old map. There was a TP around, called Inner Turrelion Outpost.

Data in wiki is outdated. Duke 1st appeared on old map as a shared loot mob. Perhaps data is taken back then.

Area updates are based on turn over and not per avatar.

I confirm that drop ratio has improved from 0:0 to 1:10. So in 1000 kills I collected 108 wings. Such a great place to skill up grenadier. :D

Event sux for players on lower budget. Lower level mobs are too few. Perhaps next year 2-3 separate spawns with different maturities.

Man that sux! I would enjoy some HP buffs, for a place where rings are disabled and pills too costly to use.

When that happens I usually use the E (jump) button. It help most of the times.
