Bug Report Cant log in after crash

I teleported from the supply TP to A.R.C Base Zeta TP and crashed upon arraival. Since then i cant log in again, the game just keep crashing after i enter my username/password and GC-number.

Support hasnt asnwerd me yet! Can the deves move my avatar to another location or is it only MA that can do this?

 

It is weird that some players are experiencing this. I have crashed a lot of times without any warning message and I have always been able to log back in. Maybe a "Connection timed out" or random "Internal error has accrued" when logging in but usually I was able to log back in after a few minutes. Maybe I'm just lucky.

If you sent support, just need to wait after MA...
Sometimes 48h.
But it's week end...
I don't know if Cyren dev are abble to do this.

Closing in on 48 hours now, and still no word from support! I wanna play damn it!

 

This is a MindArk matter indeed - and I hope it has been solved by now since it's been some days?

And if not, have you tried to open the game as an admin? (right click on the icon on the desktop and choose "run as admin").

 

I can't log in since the 27.12.
And none answer from MA after 2 supports (they have been updated, but always open).
My just hope is they work on stability or something like this...


Run admin, safe mode, repair, reinstall EU, tried on an another comp... etc.
All done.

Sorry to hear that. Mindark has had a vacation in December - and my guess is, that could be why you have not heard anything. I hope they will return to you soon

I'm online atm ; MA deplaced me to ARC Hq tp one more time.
But well after 11 days out ; "eu holiday no peds lost ", like said my boss and best friend in game ; it's right erf ; and yea bad timing, since holydays of this end of year.
Well, today is my birthday too... Maybe that's why ? lol
A nice present in all case...

I don't move a foot or an ear, I will not take any Tp
But I'll need to leave this planet ; untill some patch come, seems MA work on the prob...
