I wonder if the Tier 1-3 UL vouchers are dropping frequently or extremely rare? Is it the supply of vouchers that's the limit, or the amount of UL gear available from the trader (I don't know where the trader is, please post coords in thread if you know)?
I' m just asking because I'm wondering if it's worth grinding to get these vouchers, or if it's a futile project because there's 10 people in line whenever a new UL item appears?
