In Entropia Universe we are used to what I consider an annoying custom: releasing areas suboptimally designed and after a while start reworking them completely resulting in a patchwork of styles, quality, functionality, etc. rather than having a seamless consistent setting.
Another approach would be releasing only areas that can be considered max polished and complete (apart from 'world events') and regularly release additional areas as kind of expansions accompanied by a storyline.
