P.S. I know this is sort of an exaggeration but i do feel like ARC HQ area must be a little more.. flatter and should have less textures. It is laggy and it is going to be a big problem when more people will come to Cyrene, b/c as of now, thats the hangout spot. Also, i could not find a spot anywhere in the perimeter where I could not spawn my quad b/c of no flat land (and objects coming out of the floor).
On the flip side, replacing the jungle with a flat salt bed will remove most of the lag xD

 

Cyrene Team! Let us play entropia in textmode plz! That would slove the graphics problem

ps. being serious - if ur machine struggles like mine, turn shadows and shaders to safemode, and relog from time to time to make it run smooth again.

 

It's not so much all the stuff in the area as it is there is a memory leak. And my assumption is that it's coming from the tele-pads or the particle effects in general.

 

Its not so much the lag. well it is the lag.. but when Cyrene gets more populated, the lag will get more severe with all the texture around.. and the whole feel of being in an area with 20-30 people to up to 50 people, but with all the trees and obstructing objects doesn't seem to be something i like looking forward to. I just feel like it should have atleast some empty space, or a courtyard of sorts.. sort of like Celeste quarry. However i don't know how that will fit into the story of ARC HQ being a rebel base trying to hide from the Imperium..
