Request Cyrene Rank 1 ARC FACTION

    Hello,

    I request a refund of my ARC Faction missions and take back my badges.

    You change item for rank 1, during players come on Cyrene and play for ARC Faction mission for get : armor, weapon.

    If you not refund, i request for players have badges the right to obtain its items.

    the badges don't have a value, so no value to refund. However unpopular the decision has been, they are free to make changes to the rewards as they wish. Lets see what Kris says and see if its extended/delayed or a limited number left on terminal

    The Ministry
    The cost to kill the mobs can be calculated. The team can check which missions were done, take backs the badges and refund the tt spent.

    No they are not free to make this change. It is like a contract, we spend money for this mission because of the promished equipment. I would have never spend 1 PEC for a limited armor like this ! I like to play but i want to have clear rules before. It is unfair and even not legal to change the rules now ! We have loose money and they have won money because they promished something and now they have to refund us what we loose because of them !

    Thats too easy : LISTEN GUYS I ORGANISE A GREAT EVENT, YOU PAY 1 PED AND YOU CAN WIN A DOA RJE AND A MOD FAP.... 1 month later, thanks guys, 1000 players gave me 1 PED, but now finally i offer 1 bottle of sweat instead of the promished equipment

    I don't agree with their decision to remove the armor and I hope something is done to help calm the situation, depending on the reasons, there are options.

    but they should have given more notice

    You weren't promised anything but access to the faction vendor. Read mission descriptions once again if in doubt.

    I don't like the current situation but still you're wrong.

    Sadly this is not something we refund or can in anyway compensate for.

    This is a change made by our planet partner, sadly as this is related to a future update which is something we at support cannot discuss we sadly do not have any more information we can give you.

    They had over 10 years to refine their EULA to cover every part of their ass. Doesn't surprise me.

    This is a change forced upon Cyrene dev at gunpoint by MA with Unique Official MindArk PHG - v.Marco

    I had answer from support, they clearly answered it is a Cyrene decision and MA is not linked to it :

    Sadly it is not possible for us to get a response from the Cyrene team to you, but we will forward your case as feedback for them and to show a players concern.

    However it is within their right to do any changes to their content as they feel it benefits their planet.

    So if Cyrene staff feel it benefits their planet, personnally i have tht right to say it was a scam !
