    Armour Thigh Piece @ 129416, 82861 .... you need to jump off the bridge NE of A.R.C. Headquarters TP to get it.

    Points of Interest: Eve's Playground

    I wondered what Eve's Playground was .......... also, the invisible steps are a great feature too(although I really expect it's a bug) .... walk towards the statue at the front & back, you'll find the steps eventually
