Probably a silly question to most but, I have hunted and searched here and Entropedia, and Cyrene Secrets. And i just cant seem to figure out where or how to get Material Softener. is it looted?? is it crafted?? Only the pede's know. There is a all around general lack of information about it...

I came to try my hand at the event, and even with a healer, I simply don't stand a chance against the mobs at the event. The only thing i can think of that would make them doable for the vast majority of players is "Shared Loot". That would get more people involved and spread some of the damage...
