I want more info too, but I think it is possible to pick up missions for different faction without loosing the opportunity to pick mission for other faction. At least for most missions.

Not dead, but in coma :) You can wake up from coma or not who knows. Cyrene had great potential, but I don't see anything done for the last 4-5 years except 1 picture of the team working. I want to believe, but I need more. If the planet is not abandoned it will be top destination in the universe.
