Well the most stable VU for Cyrene to date well done, major additions to this VU

3 New event areas have been created for players to host their own events!
* The Foxhole (Turrelion Continent)
* Thunder Valley Race Track (Turrelion Continent)
* Zyn'Torga (Volcano Beach)

A new low level hunting area has been made by the A.R.C. Recruitment Center. See Jon George in the A.R.C. Head Quarters to travel there.
* Jon George is at the Teleporter, he sends you to Gamma Base, Get the Ultimate Noob Challenge Mission , Kill 15,000 Weak , Watcher and Soldier Mobs in the area.

Scout Bots, Sand Dragon, Dire Weed (Not counted in the Dire Weed Challenge), Sea Wraith (New Flying Mob).

Great Mob Spawn easy to hunt, great for new players and for mission whores.

New weapon amplifiers, scopes, and laser sights now have a chance to drop from hunting.
Many types of Mindforce Chips now have a chance to drop from hunting.

NB : To Developers - Where are the mining Amps ???

Many new refinements are available to be discovered!

5 booths - Cool! With 10 item slots each... well
Good we got any booths, but 10 items on sale its like not much if u want to atract various buyers.

i stand i awe of the thought the cyrene developers put into keeping and rewarding noob players or at least me

 

Cyrene Team, when can we expect any info about how to claim/get/win those booths?

I hope in a days cuz we barely can sleep now

i decided to go spend a few ped hunting some pleak i know right... but their targeting area? is almost to small to hit now although the unreachable when level with player bug seems to be gone

edit: it seems that the target is just below the pleak and pretty easy to drag once you know that it is under it like a cushion.

 

its the same with the Scout bot 779 -- Almost started too pull my hair out getting the HP bar from that thing .. noticed its the 2 flappy tail thingys from under its belly u have to drag from .. AND THY MOVE like a squid on acid ahhh

also the Dusters , The Raider and Scout can be targeted with ease even manual aiming .. but the Hunter is wierd .. its like on the belly the hitbox disapears .. its like there are 2 hitboxes one in the cheast and one bellow the belt .. makes for frustrating targeting

and for mining ... i found some Super Super Rare ores and enmatter .. they are called lyst and oil ***Sarcasm*** ROFL , using a plain 105 finder ,, dont know if the rare ores and enmatters are depper then this baby will go , only found like 10 Sothorite or whats its called but i havent found any other enmatter other then Oil like you wont belive . Crystals , and a very smal portion of alic , but havent been everywere and sample the ground .. just amazed i havent run into much more then lyst and oil , well some iridium ,

one more thing before this becomes as full book

in the technician machine u get one BP for tailoring thats native too the planet asfar as i remember ... requires Dire Weed Flaxen .. The only problem is that they drop way way way too rare... the lootpool for them is soo tiny that your lucky too get 10-15 , and thats if you hunt like you have no life on earth same goes for swamplurker oil

and yeah , has ANYONE seen a BP that uses Swamplurker hides ? alot of Mob uniqe loot that i cant seem too find any use for other then "hello mr TT" there you go... someone please enlighten me if you have had the patience of reading this fae

I was wondering, about the 15k noob challenge reward, can we have just a tiny little bit more info please?

Before dumping my peds on this one, is it UL for real? is it any good? worth it? I know big part of the game is exploring but damn, 15000 kills on 100hp mobs is no joke.

If I get an opalo'ish gun as reward I'll be really pissed LOL

 

But of course you will. And it's not that hard actually. It's like a Cornundacauda Iron Challenge and there you get less reward after killing 16,6k mobs than probably in here.

 

I don't know, for 16600 Cornundacauda you get (let's say you pick rifle):

22.44 PED TT of Rifle Skill
25 Agility Tokens

The skills alone at 800% it's something like 180 PED worth of reward, if we get an shitty level 5 gun after this one will suck big time.

Besides a completely fresh avatar doing this mission will complete it at level 14-15 probably, what the hell is he gonna do with a level 5 gun?

I was just asking, if devs can't share any info I'm cool with it too.

I agree, except for the yelling , was killing the lvl 3 bots and other creatures surrounding but I think I worked it out to cost "roughly" 3000k peds of killing to complete the mission (if killing the cheapest mob only). Depending on returns they might be able to cycle that quite easily but doesn't seem so newbish
