Tier Increase Disabled?

    I don't want to throw this out as a bug, because I don't know, but I couldn't find any information either...

    Have the tier increases on items been disabled on Cyrene? Or perhaps is a different rate from other planets. Or maybe is affecting UL items only?

    I picked up the HK110 and the Pilot armor off the TT right when I arrived, and none of it has increased at all, this is from almost 2 days straight of use. They're all still sitting at 0.0. I switched over to using my Opalo, thinking it might be the Cyrene items, and it hasn't increased any either.

    So uh, yea.. nevermind. My arm guards just ticked over to 0.1.

    Seemed like I had gotten them a lot more often before I got here.

    And my Harness just went up to .1, then .2 moments later. >.<
    Talk about confusing.
