    Here is my attempt to summon the beast...

    Basically after using the daily pvp token nothing happens. So looks as if this beast thing is bugged...

    Also I saw a newbie running around in there, so wondering if it's open to everyone?

    i guess its opened to any1 but only ppl with coat can summon, otherwise u wouldnt be able to kill it mister
