    No offense Agis, Í think you're putting a lot of effort into it. I just hope Kris is just reading and otherwise ignoring this thread though, cause you're ideas aren't something that will help cyrene.

    it looks to me that the ideas mentioned are not bad but seen from an ubers view

    If the hp of the mobs here is gonna raise im leaving like many others

    The hp is already way to high for lower players

    dont make it unplayable

    I agree most mobs hit too fast and generate too much decay

    But dont make more hp, lower it. High hp will kill all your noob activities here.

    But i can understand your vision from an ubers point of view

    I agree with Agis. the balance is off in many ways and hunters from other planets that visit see this too.. what and how I am not sure. I have not done any test but its noticeable in the return even in the MU, besides, MU does not count if there is no one there buying ;)
    Lets not forget that the developers make real money off decay and player loss. In order to profit some players must loose, so lets not assume that the developers are naive and have just miscalculated the hp/dmg/decay.. I would find that hard to fathom.
    Cyrene needs to start adjusting on the scale of higher returns for hunters or otherwise they will began to loose the small but faithful player base they have today. I know of yet a few that have began to migrate back to caly for longer stays there. I for one have had much more luck there (when I travel back for weapons and enhancers and armors) and many times find myself loosing upon my return to cyrene, my wife will hardly stay here more than a day.
    In addition, what is up with the mini globals? I got a mini on a L31 purslane dire plant. What a joke. Let me suggest that this type of thing is what will send this loyal hunter back home and I have been faithful from the start.
    Hunting is just one issue, and I am happy that Agis brought this up..

    While I'm sure the suggested changes would make things at least more interesting if not better for the high level players, it would just push newer players away even more in my opinion.

    I have already taken a small break from Cyrene since there just aren't enough different mobs with reasonable hp range for me (or for most of the trade terminal / lower end looted weapons for that matter). Try killing 100 hp mobs with 2 dps for example. And while I'm planning to come back once my skill levels get high enough for my liking, most players probably wouldn't.

    I am using Cyrene weapons for gaining skills for the most part, but there just aren't enough mobs for those weapons on Cyrene itself. And speaking of weapons, I hope that there won't be any more limited ranged weapons with that big percentage of weapon decay from total cost. Weapons like that are impossible to sell for any reasonable markup and thus making them unattractive to crafters and higher level hunters alike.

    Ok , some players are complaining there are not enough mobs around at the Levels 1-10 range - Ones that can be hunted with TT weapons and little Oxypyn BP Weapons. Low HP and easy to kill in less than 50 shots of a TT weapon. (150HP). Casual players should be happy of a vast range of mobs available to hunt at that level, here we go. Maybe also a message to the devs to make some dedicated spawns of these around the place, but I must say there are a nice range of spawns of these mobs. - And also there are suggestions in my continuation of places to fix casual spawns. Mobs in bold included in missions.

    Puny Crystal Pede, Reinforced Drill Bot, Sprouted Dire Weed, Young Merefolken, Adult Merefolken, Recently Hatched Empi, Swamplurker Prime, Finned Tree Dragon, Scout Bot Collector XT, Hackfin Mature, Junk Bot, Bile Jellyworm, Puny Pleak. Scout Bot 100

    Ultimate Noob Mob Challenge Area - Scout Bot, Tree Dragon, Dire Weed, Sea Wraith.

    Suggesting Also (in my further post to come "look i never planned to leave lower levels out") - Some New Baby Maturities for the Northern Part of the Supply Depot Continent, with Recently Hatched Empi perhaps moving near the tree NE of the supply depot, Better spawn of Reinforced Drill Bots around the supply depot W in the mountanous region just passed the crystal pede spawn. Finned Tree Dragon Spawn near Ridged Tree South.

    Puny Pleak upgrade from 10HP to 30HP (10HP gives no chance for skill gains, even only gives one or two sweat successes, should be increased, too easy even fror a noob 4 shots with an opalo)

    Suggested Maturity Unlock in the works (was gonna be mentioned in my next post) - Imperium Trainee & Zeladoth Hatchling

    Almost 14-15 unique mobs proposed for new players - Does Arkadia or Rocktropia have more than 15 unique mobs under 150HP. We have 12 at this time - going for 14 or 15. (Devs descretion on the 15th)

    - So look at other planets before you make a judgement on what cyrene has already achieved for new players, and I think the proposed 14-15 unique mobs 150HP and under is an excellent mob base for new players.

    Oh another thing ... It is proven you gain skills faster here than any other world (maybe why the mobs hit more frequently - you may have not even thought about that) just a little tip - this post reaffirms that new players have not been left out of "The Solution" either, just had to fast track some of the details (due to replies by the community), before i have finalised field tests for my next post :)

    im not complaining about to few mobs

    i just dont want the hp to be bigger

    and puny pleak from 10 to 30 would be a mistake

    the lower hp, the higher skillgain per pec

    we have some kind of killbonus

    last ive said about this, not gonna argue about how mobs should be

    i agree in a lot, but dont raise hp.

    Hi again, the killpoints post is still coming (Im recommending all new daily skill missions have killpoints btw..just a hint), as they cannot change (due to balancing mechanics) the current missions that are currently ingame.

    I wanted to bring the puny pleak inline with the puny crystal pede so the devs can work something special with that mob. 10 hit points is 3-4 shots with a tt weapon, also does any mob in entropia have 10hp other than in the gateway or new arrival booths on Arkadia btw ?

    I didnt mention at all raising the hp except the scout bot 100, Was thinking of just bringing the scout bot 100 into lines with the noob challenge mobs, but I do think the Scout Bot 100 should stay as it is at 50hp.

    Btw keep this feedback coming its interesting seeing community perspective and the devs are also taking notes.. Remember this is the "Players Planet"

    The punies near PA are 3 mob types of 10 hp, and the carabok on Arkadia have a dense spawn area and a wide area spawn outside the academies. There are also the boars by the village on NI. There are more, just check entropedia....

    It is probably accurate to say no other planet has fewer 10 hp mobs than Cyrene, as the spawn density also plays a role. Trying pleak was bleak when I looked, but I believe the noob beach has a few now too.
    In addition, the punies have at least one higher mu loot - miniweaps on Caly and carabok hide for Arkadia.

    EVEN IF 10 hp is soon weak for ppl starting, it is nice to advance out of absolute noob status by having a mob lower than your abilities....

    agreed - Next Island is very noob friendly (pity it was a very nice planet) , this planet is too. I did say the new arrival booths on Arkadia which is the academy, i thought the puny mobs outside PA were like 20-30hp, perhaps i was wrong. Dakibah Young is 30hp, ok well we need a 10hp mob then
