Wish List A.R.C. Faction Instances

i was just writing a reply in the vendor thread, when i thought of a possible way to get the arc guns/armor on the market without players camping by using the ark smuggler method.

Instead of a terminal, could we have a repeatable (12/24 hourly per rank) warehouse styled mission where we can stand a chance of looting the L & UL guns plus the L (& UL??) Armor parts for the rank selected. This would give Cyrene turnover in the instances (as of now, once the badges are obtained, cyrene gets no more turnover) and if the gear starts dropping, the players will be happy too.

if this is good, would we be able to bring the Rank areas to the planetside instead of the hub, as this would require more visits in and out of the hub and the MF implants and clothing costs would annoy
