PK / PVP/ Oil Rigs/ Land Grabs !?

To whom it may concern

Any word from you Dev guys on whether your planet will have pvp and if so, to what extent ?

PS: Heavily medicated atm so if i missed a prev address to this then pls point me in that direction.

With regard to your question about pvp i'm 99% sure there will be pvp areas. In some of the info released by Ed there was mention of a smugglers town. Also lawless areas etc so it's pretty obvious there will be some rough areas on Cyrene

The notes you should find in some of Ed and cyreme team interviews in Entropia Times magazine and also maybe mentioned on some old posts in the facebook group.

Also, yes there will be some heavy PVP areas on Cyrene. PVP is one of my favorite things to do in MMO's so it has had an effect on Cyrene. That said though, I also enjoy great quest lines and stories, so there will be plenty for both types of players and even a bit of a mix for those who are into both.

if u got lootable areas dont let vehicles in, or make it take like 60sec to send them to storage!

edit: and maybe do a "rig" with lootable zone? would be fun to try get the oil!

 

Ed, as full time pk/pirate i absolutely have to support Xpl0jd's comments here. please find a way to NOT allow vehicles into lootable (If you have one) Maybe a massive abandoned underground town (like domes) where u cant enter with or spawn vehicles of any sort. I know these "dome's" also affect tp chips so maybe add some tp's inside with one of a kind unique mobs, facilities etc in there.


just my two pec on that, but again ...please NO VEHICLES ^^ And if you want to know why we ask for no vehicles in lootable then please feel free to ask. We have seen all the problems and how their use in lootable totally destroys the idea behind lootables.

 

Planet Cyrene, I keep an eye on you

On Calypso :
PVP 4 = PVP was destroyed with vehicule to store loot and send to storage immediatly if someone attacK.
Oil rig = Lot of fun, will be more fun if we can loot someone
Land Grab = Was destroyed by all exploiters (Mob train, vehicule to protect claim, Log in Control room, ...etc)

I really hope that Planet Cyrene will take into consideration the previous "mistake" and make a good pvp area.
If yes, then my life is here !
