Bug Report Unable to log in with last update

Anyone else have problem to log in on Cyrene ,i tryed over 15 times i crash at loading screen all time , i restarted pc and router does not help

 

let hope they fix it today

 

my wife had the same problem... and them i started to investigate... it seems like a conection problem server-client...

my solution works: in the client loader, go "tools", and in "options" put a lower number than 12 in the "download thread count"... in my wife´s computer, between 1 and 11 it works, when i put 12, the bug appears...

someone can try?

 

Not working still cant log in , it something from mindark server side

well, in fact, the error was reproduced again, so I tried to do the steps again, and this time I did something else: in addition to changing the thread under 12, I restored the default graphics from the same menu, and now, since last night, my wife can perfectly enter Cyrene ... obviously, then I was adjusting the graphics from the game, although there comes a time when the error comes back to play when you adjust something that I did not notice was... restored again, and it works again... so my Theory about server-client problems now adds some kind of problem with the graphics ...
