Selling Backyard sale - everything must go

A short intro about it (feel free to skip it if you're not into background stories):

I came to Entropia Universe from WURM Online, a game where one of the core concepts was the idea of property (owning and developing a little piece of land), so, from my very first day here, I dreamed at the moment when I'll manage to claim a little piece of EU on my name (and, to be honest, the very robust real estate and furniture system was one of the main reasons why I joined Entropia in the first place). And since I'm a big sucker for everything related with army/military and also with Arkadia's IFN story, when a IFN barrack came on sale I knew I must have it. There was just a itsy bitsy tiny problem standing between me and my dream - I didn't had the money for it - lol; fortunately though a friend helped me and loaned me the money for the transaction. Now I insisted that my friend to keep the deed as collateral (so he doesn't end up loosing the money if something happens with me) and I don't have a time frame to return the loan so I'm not under pressure, but, still, I would hate to take advantage of his kindness for more than it's needed, so here I am, trying to sell pretty much everything I managed to gather in these six months here, so I can at least start paying him back as soon as possible.



Later edit: I manged to sold most items and pay the biggest part of my debt (left with less than 500 PEDs debt from a total of 2,000 PEDs where I was staying when I made this post), so selling the rest is no longer a priority; I still tried to set the prices in such a way to be as fair and close to normal market prices as possible, but there are no more "steal offers". Anyway, in case you feel that I was wrong with any price, please let me know.

I'm not in anyway wanting to say your friend is untrustworthy, but it's always a good idea to try to balance any sort of loan with collateral. Using AUD, could be a way to reduce to size of any loan from one player to another. I just seems like you are currently giving your whole EU peds to this player.

 

I 100% trust him, that's not an issue.
