Lazidol - any news on item drops?

Hello Cyrene officials.

I'm wondering if all the unique items (for a rumoured weapon) are possible to loot yet?
If not, when will it happen?

Seems like only a handful of players have completed Zorra's epic mission, since last stage was introduced in June 2013. The last global on Lazidol was in the summer.
As for myself, I'm still only at the beginning of the Merfolken stage, and can't exactly say I'm in a rush to finish it. Being able to summon a unique mob is simply not reason enough for me to keep on grinding.
And being 8 months since last global, tells me the interest among the player base isn't present.
In order to make it worthwhile, there has to be reasonable expectations of a nice reward in the end. I'm positive that if this was the case here, the planet's economy would benefit from it.

I did indeed finish the mission chain and fought lazidol in a victorious battle
The problem i have is that i don't have the required crystal to keep summoning it daily, despite my 2+ years on cyrene i never looted any. I borrowed it one time from a friend just to be able to summon it. I think a lot of other players that have finished the chain face the same problem.

Then as to fighting lazidol, lazidol is a tough mob. Had to use my best armor, best gun and a non-stop fapper and hope for no critical hits. (But i'm nowhere near uber, but then again most people on cyrene aren't).If i would do it again i think i would go with at least a team of three people, so it's not a mob you just visit once a day to kill.

Lastly as to the loot itself, i got shrapnel. But that was just one loot, I know Thanatos has been grinding the mob half a year ago with no luck, so it's hard to be certain but i don't think everything that is supposed to loot is looting. (but ofc MA will say that you need 100k kills or so for everything to loot).

 

I saw Wang Xiang killed it maybe 2 month ago. He got a 300+ ped hof with 2 rare items (2 lazidol part)
It's all what i know about lazidol.

I agree with Hamony about the crystal. I know, you need to refine 2 crystal to get it, but i never saw someone loot them. I think they are disabled from loot. I don't know...

 

Ugh, now I kinda wish I hadn't asked. Never heard about this crystal before. Did some googling, and not much info to be found. Apparently, the needed crystal is combined from two other rare ones: Weakened Power Crystal, and Lesser Power Crystal. The LPC has a tt value of 200 ped.
Now, I've done my fair share of hunting on Cyrene, and I'm 99% sure I've never looted any either (though there could be 1% chance that I have, but tt'ed it, as the item info doesn't seem to say what it's used for)
Knowing my (lack of) luck with looting really rare, useful items, I guess I won't ever get to even summon the Lazidol then

But anyway, would be nice to know for the whole community if these two crystals are still lootable, and maybe with a hint of which mobs drop them

 

I would like to know too. I never saw them. And never heard if anyone looted one. I play all time at Cyrene, i got alot rare item but never those
