Research on Scout bot collector XT (part 1)

Research Goals

A lot of people claim that 90% return rates is the average we should expect from our hunts, and presuming that this is true, my theory is that the people hunting eco should get better results than this, while people huntint un-eco should get lower results than this. That’s why I tried to hunt a mob (Scout bot collector XT) on which I considered I can be as eco as possible (in terms of effective dpp), more eco than most other hunters, and my main goal was to see if I ca get better than 90% return rates. The second goal, was to continue to prove that by hunting smart (mobs which drop loot with enough MU), one can end up on a net profit at the end of her hunt.

94% is lower then what i would expect on this amount of kills with your setup.

It raises a lot of questions on the theory of econess and what influences your loot.

• is 2 weeks a long enough timeframe?
• While you are very eco for the mobs you kill, there are still a lot of people out there being more eco in general so
  • does eco matter on the mob, or just on health killed? (are your returns suffering by very eco uber hunters on cyrene?)
  • Is loot influenced by eco players on other planets?
  • Is there a loot pool for high/low level mobs (and are you suffering from the RT rocket launchers that can be super eco on low level mobs)

A lot of things yet to find out, but i'm sure with your persistance that won't be a problem

 

There is a daily for the scout bots, from the ARC faction. It's only 110 mobs, but least you'll get an additional badge

Did something change on the daily mission? The ARC faction scout bot daily I got asked to kill 75, but XTs don't seem to count.

EDIT: Scratch that. Seems I had the wrong mission. Found the daily.

 

That must be the one time mission for scout bots. You can complete it killing junk bots or any maturity of scout bots. The daily is 110 kills and only xts count.
