    Why does one of the toughest mobs on Cyrene drop no weapons, armor or faps?

    And the (worthless) hide drops is a bit excessive.

    Hey Xen,

    This mob does have a fair number of weapons and armor that is able to be dropped from Rhino Beetles, however, the frequency of these drops is not decided by us. We have requested improved drop rates for these types of items and also added more Limited options to drop from Rhino Beetles and many other mobs to help with hunting MU.

    I'll be watching the reports closely to see if the hides are dropping too frequently.

    in fact, yesterday or 2 days back, the Rhino Bettle dropped 2 verry good UL weapons for the same player :headbang:

    hmmm... cant be ranked guns, cause they show as rare now.

    what other good UL guns does Cyrene have ???

    btw... i killed some thousand rhino´s now... and never got any armor. so its not rare... its non existant.

    Drops like that are for people that deposit 1K USD (or a steady high amount of money) on a regular basis or for a promotional idea they throw something like that to a new player to fool people into believing it can happen to them too. There have been posts in the past on some other forums about those kinds of things. But for the regular player that isn't rich most of the really nice things in game aren't going to be seen unless someone else has one or someone that got lucky lists one in the auction.

    Well, i'm TT-ing all the smaller L weapons on Cyrene and Rock for some time now... just like hides. Those new superfast low-skillreq Ark weapons have hit the L weapons market hard.

    Then again, i just decided to re-texture my coat with Rhino textures. At current drop rate one 2500 mission gives enough for all 3 fields. I think i should hurry now, as things are apparently changing. :)

    I'm OK if the hides will drop less in the future. For those who want textures those few mobs more isn't a problem (or u can buy from others). If something else and more interesting would start dropping instead, that's cool.
