Mission "Heart of the Plains" - Beware

I did the missions "Heart of the Plains" (Mang Chang) until rank 3.

Rank 1 (100 Mang Chang) gives 5 Stamina tokens.
Rank 2 (500 Mang Chang) gives 30 Stamina tokens.
Rank 3 (1000 Mang Chang) gives 60 Stamina tokens.

You end with 95 Stamina tokens, which is not enough to get 1 Stamina (you need 100!).

I don't know whether it is a bug or intentional. As a matter of fact it is disappointing and I would recommend not doing this mission chain in the current situation.

Hey guys!

If you keep going with the Missions (rank 4 and rank 5 to be specific) it will be worth it!
The rewards for attribute missions are balanced as fairly as possible, sometimes the tokens don't "add up" until the higher ranked missions.

Where can I find this mission broker? I was reviewing the missions thread and the entropia planets wiki and I could find no mention of it. Want to grind some serious Mang Chang and would like to get the mission first. Also are there any missions for Zela other then the Purple Den? I've seen no mention of an A.R.C. Challenge or anything of that nature... Seems perhaps more missions have become available then are listed in the missions thread or the wiki. Thanks for any assistance!

near arc hq, search for npc group away from TP, not the terminal area.
There are brokers for many harder mobs, and Zora with epic mission.
