This is an NPC at A.R.C. Staging and I *think* he lost his default "talk" interaction and whatever might be triggered by it.

Aand sorry for not making a new one, but is super minor. The lore description of a whisker fish (which I forgot :s, either the armoured, either the horned one) is actually the description of empis wasp. Or my scanner had personality issues.
