    sent a support case too, but the reply there was

    "Thank you for your support case.

    We have had no reports of this not working at this time from Planet Cyrene.

    As such as we are a technical support we cannot assist with in-game knowledge, we would suggest making a post on their forums in relation to it and discuss it with the community/cyrene channels.

    Hey mastermesh,

    I have confirmed that this NPC is not responding to players, which is strange as there have been no changes since his introduction.

    I've already contacted MA to see if his mission was deactivated for reasons unknown to us here.

    As soon as I get any more information I will post it here.
